Michelle is a Principal at Baker Tilly (Moss Adams and Baker Tilly combined in 2025). She specializes in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)-compliant financial accounting and reporting and serves a diverse clientele—primarily middle-market, privately held, family-owned, institutionally owned, and publicly held companies.
Michelle has extensive experience in the wine and agribusiness sectors as well as a strong background in employee benefit plan audits. She provides assurance services, as well as expertise in the areas of accounting and financial analysis, business combinations, consolidations, lease accounting, inventory valuation, revenue recognition, and internal control evaluation.
Michelle is actively involved in industry organizations and conferences and has led initiatives dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. She holds an active California CPA license.
