Mitch Grossman is Senior Vice President of Finance at Jackson Family Wines, where he has spent more than 20 years helping guide the company’s financial strategy, planning, and treasury operations. A lifelong Northern Californian who grew up in Marin County, Mitch combines a strong academic foundation with deep industry expertise, earning his undergraduate degree in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Throughout his career, Mitch has been drawn to the unique complexity of the wine industry. He values the fact that no two years are ever the same, with each vintage bringing new opportunities and challenges across the vineyards, wineries, sales, marketing, and finance functions. This dynamic environment has given him a broad perspective on the business and a deep appreciation for balancing long-term strategic planning with the realities of an agricultural product.
