J.J. Seeber founded Wine Spies in 2007 and spent nineteen years building it into one of the wine industry’s leading direct-to-consumer businesses, with more than 70 consecutive quarters of growth. In 2023 he began taking the company AI-native, writing the charter that made AI fluency a baseline expectation across the organization. Today every employee there builds and deploys their own software, not just the engineers, and the company runs without his day-to-day involvement. He is now the founder of Continuum Venture Foundry, which builds AI-first companies alongside domain experts, and he leads AI education for the Naturally Network’s 65,000 members.
